\nWe do not recognize any terms and conditions of the customer that conflict with or deviate from these GTC unless we have expressly agreed to their validity in writing. \nOur offers are subject to change and non-binding. An order placed by the customer constitutes a binding offer, which we can accept within 14 days by means of an order confirmation or by delivery, and the contract is only concluded by our written order confirmation or by delivery of the goods. The information contained in catalogs, price lists and other documents is non-binding unless expressly confirmed by us in writing.\n
\nOur prices are ex works, plus the applicable statutory VAT, packaging, transportation and insurance costs, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
\nPayment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. Discounts are only permitted if agreed in writing.
\nIf the customer is in default of payment, we shall be entitled to charge default interest at a rate of 9.2% above the prime rate. We reserve the right to assert further claims. The customer may only offset claims that are undisputed or have been legally established.\n
\nDelivery periods and dates shall only be binding if they have been expressly confirmed by us in writing. In the event of force majeure or other unforeseeable circumstances for which we are not responsible, the delivery periods shall be extended accordingly.
\nDelivery shall be ex works (EXW according to Incoterms 2020). The risk of accidental loss or deterioration shall pass to the customer upon handover to the carrier; partial deliveries are permitted insofar as this is reasonable for the customer.\n
\nThe delivered goods remain our property until all claims have been paid in full, and the customer is obliged to inform us immediately in the event of seizure or other interventions by third parties.\n
\nThe statutory warranty shall apply unless otherwise stipulated in these GTC. The warranty period is one year from delivery.
\nOffensichtliche M\u00e4ngel sind uns unverz\u00fcglich, sp\u00e4testens jedoch innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach Lieferung schriftlich anzuzeigen. \nWir sind berechtigt, vom Vertrag zur\u00fcckzutreten, wenn der Kunde falsche Angaben \u00fcber seine Kreditw\u00fcrdigkeit gemacht hat oder \u00fcber sein Verm\u00f6gen ein Insolvenzverfahren er\u00f6ffnet wurde. Bei Annahmeverzug des Kunden sind wir berechtigt, die Ware auf Kosten und Gefahr des Kunden einzulagern.\n
