Weldmaster – Safe Metalworking

The HAFO Weldmaster has been specially developed to meet the requirements of metalworking and supports you wherever workpieces need to be rotated in a controlled manner and positioned securely. The secure clamping of the workpiece prevents slipping, the need for re-clamping and unnecessary interruptions to work.

It is conveniently operated via a foot switch, leaving both hands free at all times for welding, grinding or assembly work. This not only improves precision, but also enhances health and safety and ease of use.

Both the rotational speed and the direction of rotation can be individually adjusted to suit the specific application. This allows each workpiece to be moved in a controlled and uniform manner – ideal for precise welding and turning operations.

To ensure maximum safety, the Weldmaster is fitted with an integrated safety stop. In the event of excessive load or pressure, the system switches off automatically, thereby protecting the operator, the workpiece and the machine.

Thanks to its compact design and light weight, the HAFO Weldmaster is easy to transport and can be used flexibly in the workshop, on the production line or directly on site.
