Shipping methods & costs

The prices stated on the product pages do not include VAT and other price components.

We deliver to customers in Austria, Germany and Italy by mail order. Customers from other countries must collect their goods from the following address: Othmar Ruthner-Straße 8, 3340 Waidhofen an der Ybbs, Austria or arrange for a third party to collect them. We are happy to assist you with this, please contact us.

In addition to the prices quoted, we charge a flat rate of € 50 per order for delivery within Austria for winches (bulky goods) and € 10 for consoles (small parts). In Germany and Italy a flat rate of € 50,- per order for winches (bulky goods) and € 20,- for consoles (small parts). In other countries a flat rate of € 200 per order for winches (bulky goods) or € 50 for small parts.
The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

For all other countries: Freight costs according to actual expenditure or collection.
